My name is Allison Weeden. I started teaching as a ​licensed educator with the Putnam County Board of ​Education in 2008. I taught Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, ​and 3rd grade.

I love providing multi-sensory reading instruction in ​a peaceful outdoor environment. Services are ​provided at my home, which is located on Buck ​Mountain in Cookeville, Tennessee.

Your student will practice phonemic awareness, ​decoding, fluency, writing, grammar, and ​comprehension in a fun and engaging way.

Jackie has a BS in Elementary and Special Education from ​MTSU.

She has her Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision, ​also from MTSU.

Jackie taught K-12 special education for 8 years. She was an ​Assistant Principal for 10 years at Lascassas Elementary.

Lastly, she was a Family Engagement Coordinator for 14 years ​with Putnam County Schools.

Jackie will work closely with our K-4 students to provide ​academic support in reading and writing. We are confident that ​your student will thrive under her guidance.
